This company came in, mitigated the damage, and conducted the repairs efficiently and with the greatest of care for my home. Not only is the work they did beautiful, but everyone on the crew was respectful and professional throughout the entire process. All of the work was carefully supervised and we were given progress reports every step of the way. We are specially thankful to Jose who supervised the work and to Estevan and his crew, who worked on the interior repairs. Our insurance company initially referred us to them for an estimate, and they arrived within hours. Once the claim was approved they were quickly in touch, ordered the parts, and 2 weeks later the job was done to perfection! The team they sent were polite, courteous and worked very hard. Highly recommend!!!David Keys14:02 18 Feb 20At about 2pm Super Bowl Sunday we came home to a large water leak stemming from our 2nd floor bathroom. Water ran through the floor, to our 1st floor landing causing the ceiling to collapse; to the finished basement. After consulting with our plumber, they referred us to A. Molly for clean up. By 630 pm, kick off time for the Super Bowl, an A. Molly crew was at our house to do initial clean up. They are professional, hard working, and attentive. A Molly is also aligned with our insurance company in NJ .From the initial clean up, they have been working with us for complete remediation. They are punctual, organized, and very conscientious of the work they do for safety of us in the house. We wrapped up the clean up and now we will begin repairs and restoration, which A. Project Manager, Justin, was constantly available from initial determination after air testing throughout entire cleanup process to answer any questions we had. The A.Molley team of 4 members assigned to my project was AMAZING. The lead person, Jackson, was so polite and courteous and led his team in a professional, yet kind manner. Diana cleaned my home like it was her own. They are both very dedicated and super hard working. The other team members, Freddie and Dario, also very polite, worked dililgently to complete the project in a timely way. I was not glad I needed this remediation, but if I had to have it done, I would not have wanted any other Company or team to do it. My home has never been cleaner. I recommend them as they score a huge "10" in my book and I will recommend them to everyone. You will be so glad you selected A. They did a fantastic job. Christian was the project manager and always kept me in the loop. An old tile floor with asbestos had to be removed, a new floor installed, and wood beams and sheet rock had to be replaced. The team was very neat and did a great job. Each of the workers responsible for the different jobs called me with details and showed up when they said they would. It was a very smooth, professional and great experience working with them. The work was finished on time and on budget. My insurance company...USAA... connected me with them and their quick efficient responses (several teams) gave me a good estimate, Asbestos cleanup specialists, then the renovation team under the guidance and direction of Carlos and Christian had people there to lay in new flooring laminates and to paint. Everyone was knowledgeable, efficient and easy to work with. Real professionals. They were very easy to talk with and we had some nice conversations with them. They made sure I was happy with what they were doing and made any changes I asked for. Everything came out very very nice and my wife and I were very pleased with the final outcome. Jim himself was great to work with. Had a very nice time talking with him on many occasions. He was very pleasant to deal with and went above and beyond for me to make sure I was pleased with the project. He took great care of us and made sure everything was done properly. From the start, the team was courteous, professional and clean while performing the demo & drying out process. As a homeowner that has a trunk full of horrible contractor stories, I was impressed by the initial AMolly team so I hired them to make the repairs. Because of the many areas that needed rebuilding/fixing I was assigned a project manager, Alex Lopez, who outlined a detailed plan of “put it back”. Molly Company was offered by my insurance company as a possible vendor to perform water remediation and ceiling repair work caused by my water heater tank leaking from 2nd floor. Long story short, A. Molly was top notch, professional and detailed in how they remediated the water damage, mold removal, ceiling sheet rock repair and painting. The attention to detail was evident when they hung plastic wall barriers to contain the dust and dirt was highly professional. Painting was also done and very detailed and cleanup and removal was excellent. Honestly, this review doesn't explain how satisfied I am with A. Molly services. To boot, their services come with a 5 year warranty! Which contractors do that? Lastly, all of their employees were very prompt, timely and professional. Thank you A. Molly did a complete remodel of our house after a heating pipe broke and destroyed our kitchen, two baths, and multiple other rooms. The initial contractor the insurance company put us in touch with dragged their feet for six months, getting no work done, before we had to move on. I was wary of the entire process, but A. Molly came into the project and treated us like gold. More importantly, they were attentive to our requests, and they got the job done - quickly and effectively. I would use them again in a heartbeat and I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done. They came right out that evening to remediate the water damage portions of our ceiling and after the drying period came back out for the repairs. Alex and his crew were prompt, courteous and professional. We have an older historic home built in 1880 and I was concerned they would not be able to match the ceiling repair with the rest of the ceiling. They took my concerns to heart and did a phenomenal job, they matched the paint treatment to match the existing ceiling and after painting the whole ceiling, you would never be able to tell that a repair had been made !! I am a totally satisfied customer and will be looking to use their services for other side jobs in the future.
