If you’ve never been to DreamWorks Water Park New Jersey, you’re in for a real treat! This indoor water park opened on October 1, 2020 and is part of the American Dream shopping and entertainment complex. Located in East Rutherford, New Jersey, it is near the Meadowlands Sports Complex. The park features 15 different water slides and attractions, and covers an area of 8.5 acres. If you’re looking for a family outing, consider the Skyboy Suites, where your children can lock up their belongings while you play. This option offers comfort and luxury, and has a 142-foot indoor body slide. It also offers 31 luxury cabanas that were designed by Jonathan Adler. Most of the park’s attractions are centered around a 1.5-acre centerpiece wave pool. The waves were designed by the PerfectSwell wave pool system, and the park is heated to 81 degrees for optimum comfort.
There are three ways to enjoy this indoor water park. First, you can opt for a day pass and spend the day at the water park, which is $115 for a full day. A half-day pass costs $95, good for the day between 4 p.m. and close. Another option is to purchase admission tickets that include two day passes, which are valid for two days. Visiting the water park during the day gives you access to the indoor water park until noon on the day of check-out.
Afterward, you can experience a variety of thrilling rides at the water park. The DreamWorks Water Park is also home to the tallest indoor speed slide in North America and the largest wave pool in the Northeast. The water park also features six levels of free-standing play features, including a 750-gallon car-tipping bucket that spills water every three minutes.
